5 Things that your lash tech NEVER wants you to do before your appointment 💕

1. Wear make up
Oil and particles mess with the chemical bonds our glue to bond with your natural lash. Causing them to pop off prematurely. 😣A clean eye & lash makes A strong bond!

2. Drink Caffeine
We love when you take a lash nap. Nice and Relaxed! The less you move the more precise your tech can be and the quicker they can go. And some of y’all’s eyes start getting twitchy off the coffee... idk🫣😫

3. Wear Contacts
Our glue goes through a chemical process to cure(dry). If you wear contacts those chemicals will get trapped underneath the lenses and may cause chemical burns on your eye 🥺
Please remove them and put them back in later!

4. Curl Your lashes
Curling your lashes puts them in a compromised position. This can cause breakage of your natural lash, as well as the look of your set overtime. The unnatural curl will un bend moving the extensions to a new location. 🙂‍↔️

1. Have Lash Glue in your lash line!!
Lash glue blocks bonds the glue we are using for individuals. Lash glue can be tacky/ rubbery leaving a residue on your lash line for DAYS!
Not only dose it cause your natural lashes to stick together it sticks to our TWEEZERS making a mess😮‍💨 Please not clusters or strips at least a day or two before your appointment !!

More than that you shouldn’t really feel them.
This client said she could feel the lash on the end so I removed it using the banana peel method. 🍌

(I usually only do this with their eyes closed but she wanted to see the process herself!!)
