But… What if you try?

Focus allows for purposeful effort. And effort is sexy.

A BIG part of being a hot actress / entertainer is staying prepared for their upcoming roles and projects. The beautiful and talented Bianca Spear always gives me 100% effort and as you can see the vibe is always GREAT ENERGY

Every time I get some boxing going at Brick House somebody shows out! This time Jeremy Watford got down and boogied on the mitts. I love the improvement 👊🏾
Great work Sir 🫡 🥊

Always a great time with She always give me 110% purposeful effort with our boxing fitness sessions. She’s a friendly reminder of why you can’t prejudge people. Soraya can DEFINITELY place your chin on the ground in an unfavorable manner. Great work! 🥊

Feel Good. Look Good. Enjoy Life!
One is 63 and the other is 50something (she won’t tell us). But they are both healthy, fit and fabulous.
Great job Angels

Huge CONGRATULATIONS goes out to the aka Culp ZsaZsa! If you have been following her journey then you can feel free to tear up too. Carol has inspired SO many people over the years. She has two fake knees and a shoulder surgery but still comes 3 times a week for her workouts. Culp ZsaZsa doesn’t make excuses. She makes things happen. I love you Bubba (we call each other Bubba).
