This weekend make space for this self care regimen

1. Soft AwakeningBegin the day slowly. Take a few deep breaths before getting out of bed and place one hand on your heart and one on your belly. Set a simple intention for the day such as “Today I nourish myself with care.”

2. Warm Herbal Tea RitualPrepare a cup of herbal tea. Sit quietly and sip slowly, allowing the warmth to awaken your body. Let this moment be a pause before the day begins.

3. Gentle MovementSpend 10–20 minutes in light movement such as stretching, slow yoga, walking, or intuitive dance. This helps the body wake up and encourages circulation and energy flow.

4. Nourishing BreakfastPrepare a wholesome breakfast with simple nourishing foods. Eat mindfully, noticing flavors, textures, and how your body feels as you receive nourishment.

5. Time in NatureStep outside for fresh air and sunlight. Even a short walk or sitting with the earth can help ground your nervous system and bring clarity.

6. Creative or Reflective Time
Take time for something that nurtures your inner world—journaling, reading, drawing, or quiet reflection. Allow this to be a space for listening inward.

7. Midday PauseBefore moving into the rest of the day, pause again. Take a few deep breaths, stretch your body, and check in with what you need.

Closing Reminder:Half-day care is not about productivity. It is about tending to yourself with presence and kindness, allowing the body and mind to feel supported and nourished.

Gentle Self-Womb Massage Routine

A self-womb massage is a nurturing practice that can help increase body awareness, encourage relaxation, support pelvic circulation, and deepen your connection with your lower belly and womb space. This practice is wonderful for women of all stages and phases of life. If you are pregnant do not use castor oil.

Gather a few items
Find a quiet, comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.
Warm your hands by rubbing them together.
Choose a nourishing oil such as:
Castor oil
Jojoba oil
Infused rose or calendula oil

Light a candle
Play soft music

🍀Begin with Breath

Lie on your back with your knees bent or sit comfortably.

Place both hands over your lower abdomen.

Take 5–10 slow breaths, allowing your belly to soften and expand.

Connecting to the Womb Space

Place your hands just below your navel.

Notice any sensations without judgment.

Ask yourself:

What am I holding here?
What needs nurturing today?

Simply listen.

Circular Massage

Apply a small amount of oil to your lower abdomen.

Using gentle pressure, make slow clockwise circles around your navel and lower belly.

Continue for 2–3 minutes, breathing deeply.

Allow the movement to feel soothing rather than forceful.

💗 Heart-to-Womb Strokes

Place one hand on your heart and one on your lower belly.

Then gently stroke from your heart down toward your womb space several times.

Imagine sending warmth, compassion, and support to yourself.

Hip and Pelvic Release

Using both hands, massage along the tops of your hips and the sides of your lower abdomen.

Move slowly and mindfully.

Many people hold tension in these areas without realizing it.

✨ Womb Holding

Place both hands over your lower belly and remain still for a few moments.

🌹 Closing the Ritual

Take three deep breaths.

Thank your body for all it does.

Drink a glass of water or a warm cup of tea afterward.

Beautiful Herbal Tea's ( check out my tea shop)

Lemon balm and rose
Chamomile and lavender
Raspberry leaf and rose
Tulsi and oatstraw

This practice can be especially lovely as part of a weekly feminine nourishment ritual, paired with journaling, tea, gentle stretching, or a moon ceremony.
