Behind every competitor at the 2026 Minnesota Best Warrior Competition is a team of support personnel who make the event possible. Evaluators, safety personnel, role players, and support staff ensured each lane was executed to standard, creating a realistic and challenging environment for competitors at Camp Ripley Training Center.

WEST POINT CADETS TAKE 5TH PLACE AT BEST SAPPER 🔥💪

Congratulations to Cadets Mark Rabecs (2026, F2) and Sebastian English (2026, H3) on their 5th place finish in this year's Best SAPPER Competition.

Against some of the toughest, most relentless competitors out there, our cadets stepped up and proved they belong among the best. The Best SAPPER Competition tests not only the limits of each competitors' physical fitness but their technical skills in Engineer tasks. Finishing 5th at the Best SAPPER Competition is no small feat — it’s grit, endurance, teamwork, and mental toughness all put to the test.

Early mornings. Heavy loads. Zero quit. And all while managing cadet duties and responsibilities along with an academic course load. They pushed limits, embraced the grind, and represented with pride every step of the way.

This isn’t just a placement — it’s a statement.

Well done to our cadets and the West Point mentors that helped prepare these cadets to excel!

Exciting news! Work for Warriors NC had the incredible honor of receiving a visit from Major General Hunt, TAG of the North Carolina National Guard, and Command Sergeant Major Baker, State Command Sergeant Major. They stopped by our table at the 1-120th Yellow Ribbon Event in Cary, NC.
It was an inspiring opportunity to share our mission and engage with these esteemed leaders. Thank you, MG Hunt and CSM Baker, for your support of our veterans and military families!
