This Season has been teaching me some hard but necessary lessons.
It has taught me that saying no allows me to say yes to what is best for my body, my peace my purpose, and this season of my life.
It has taught me that I can't keep pushing through pain and ignoring what my body is telling me.
It has taught me to slow down and be present, tomorrow is not promised.
This season is changing me. And I am learning to let it!
