You are not unhappy because of your life.

This hit me hard.

It starts with each one of us dropping patterns of stress anxiety and stress.

Living in a more loving state and radiating it to those you run into day today.
Not through the phone or sending money to some far away cause.
Breath is the way to release the old you.
The call to adventure,
You can refuse the call but it will keep coming back to you.
Sometimes you hit a point where you have to accept it.
This is similar to your dharma - one’s moral duties, responsibilities, and righteous path—aligned with one’s nature (svabhāva), stage of life (āśrama), and social role (varṇa).
Fulfilling dharma upholds harmony and leads toward artha (prosperity), kāma (pleasure), and ultimately mokṣa (liberation).
What is your call to adventure?
