I didn’t get my energy healing abilities from a class.
Or a guru.
Or years of study.

They turned on overnight.
The day I forgave myself.

4. Yourself - you’ll teach yourself power

It’s release.
And release is a superpower.

Low energy today. Almost stayed inside.
But something told me to look up.🪽
Ended up at the Buckminster Fuller Fly’s Eye Dome at Crystal Bridges…I heard screeching & looked at the sky through a honeycomb of circles, sacred geometry.
And there it was. A hawk. Perched. Being mobbed by smaller birds.
It didn’t move. Didn’t fight. Just held its branch and kept watch.
I always wonder about spirit animals when they show up.
I do know hawks are messengers.
Today’s message was clear:
**Hold your ground. The noise isn’t the truth.
What you’re watching for… is already with you. Already watching you.**
I think the most beautiful people are the ones who notice.
Who pause to watch the sky soften.
Who see something ordinary… and treat it like a miracle.

I’ve been single for a while. Some days the quiet feels loud.
Other days I remember: what’s meant for you doesn’t miss you.
Took these stone LOVE letters to the creek today, not really knowing where it would lead…a little nostalgia.
Held them under the water and watched the current move around them.
Stone doesn’t disappear.
It doesn’t rush.
It just stays.
And the water does what water does 🌊it flows, it smooths, it reveals.
That’s the season I’m in.
