They may look similar, but Road Rollers and Impact Rollers do completely different jobs — and using the wrong one can ruin an entire construction project 😱

🛣️ Road Roller is designed to smooth and level the top surface of the road. Its round drum gently compresses the surface so asphalt sticks properly and becomes rock solid.

💥 Impact Roller, on the other hand, is extremely aggressive. Its hexagonal drum delivers repeated heavy impacts, compacting the ground deep below the surface to prevent hollow spaces.

⚠️ If you use a road roller where deep compaction is needed, the road may look perfect on top — but it will remain weak and hollow underneath… leading to cracks, damage, and total failure.
