🐐 The Goat Hands – Booking Policy

Please read carefully before booking. Booking an appointment means you agree to all policies below.

Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Deposits go toward your total service price.
• No deposit = no appointment.

Remaining Balance

• Remaining balance is due in cash or approved digital payment at your appointment.
• No personal checks accepted.

Late Policy

• Please arrive on time.
• There is a 10-minute grace period.
• After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee applies.
• After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled and deposit forfeited.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours notice.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows result in loss of deposit.
• Multiple no-shows will require full payment upfront for future bookings.

No Call / No Show

• No call / no show = 100% of service charged before rebooking.

Hair Requirements

• Hair must be clean, detangled, and product-free unless a wash is included.
• Extra detangling or prep will result in an additional fee.
• If hair is not properly prepared, service may be refused without refund.

Guests & Children

• No extra guests unless being serviced.
• Please do not bring children unless they have an appointment.

Style Changes

• Style must be selected at time of booking.
• Changes the day of may result in price change or cancellation.

Squeeze-Ins

• Same-day or emergency appointments may include a squeeze-in fee.

Refund Policy

• No refunds on deposits or completed services.
• Adjustments must be requested within 24 hours.
