10 years apart… and if I do say so myself, the years have been pretty kind to me 😋
People always ask what I’ve done, so here’s the honest answer: a little bit of everything. No magic wand, no single treatment—just years of consistency and investing in myself.
✨ Medical-grade skincare - I like (healthy skin > heavy makeup)
✨ IPL for sun damage and sunspots
✨ CoolPeel resurfacing laser treatments
✨ Dissolved old lip filler and refreshed it properly
✨ Sculptra… pretty much everywhere 😅
✨ Strategic filler in the lips, cheeks, and jawline
✨ Daily sunscreen (non-negotiable)
✨ Lots of water
✨ Clean bedding (I use Quince—I don’t want my face rubbing against questionable fabrics all night)
✨ Stress reduction and protecting my peace
✨ Very limited alcohol
✨ Good sleep whenever possible
✨ Healthy food, movement, and taking care of myself from the inside out
