Microneedling works by creating tiny, controlled channels in the skin that tell your body to make new collagen. Your face gets most of the attention, but that same process works anywhere you have texture or scarring you'd like to soften.

We see a lot of patients who have been living with stretch marks or a scar for years and just assumed there wasn't anything to do about it. Results build gradually over a series, and the goal is a smoother, less noticeable look, not erasing it completely.

Expect some redness for a day or 2 afterward, similar to a mild sunburn. If you have an active breakout in the area or a history of raised or keloid scarring, we'll talk through that at your consult first.

Heather and Jill will look at your face with you, talk through what you'd like to change and what you'd like left alone, and build a plan that works backward from that date. Some of it happens early so it has time to do its work. Some of it gets saved for closer in so it looks fresh when it counts. You walk out knowing what comes when and what it costs.
