That’s one of the reasons we built Nine Realms Athletics.
We wanted to create more than just a place to work out. We wanted to build a community where people can meet, encourage one another, share knowledge, celebrate each other’s victories, and help one another become better.
This isn’t a gym where people come just to hang out. It’s a place with a purpose.
Every day, people from different backgrounds, careers, and experience levels walk through these doors with one thing in common: the desire to improve themselves.
Some come to get stronger. Some come to lose weight. Some are chasing a championship. Others are simply trying to make it through a difficult season of life.

First day was a success! 23 competed in the Bench Competition. Women’s record for the day was 20 and 2 men tied at 28 reps!

Training | Posing | Podcasting | Giveaways
This interactive experience will feature hands-on training and posing education designed to help you learn proper mobility, exercise form, and posing technique. The day will include group instruction with breakout sessions to refine your training and posing, the opportunity to participate in a mock show, and a live Bikini Besties Podcast recording where you can ask all your questions about training, posing, and competing.
ALLYSON | TRAINING
Allyson will be leading the training lecture with breakout technique sessions, in addition to offering 1-on-1 training assessments and in-person training sessions. 1-on-1 sessions with Allyson are limited and filling fast. To secure your training assessment or in-person training session, contact Allyson at the FBF Training Department at www.fitbodyfusion.com as soon as possible!
BRITTANY | POSING
Brittany Hamilton, IFBB Bikini Pro & Olympian, will be leading our posing technique and mock show group session, in addition to offering 1-on-1 posing sessions. Scheduling details will be available at official announcement soon.

We’ve hung this handy Calibration Chart for the resistance bands. That was you have a good idea about what weight you’re adding, or taking away from your lift!
