🌊 Wet your hair before swimming
Hair acts like a sponge! If it’s already saturated with clean water, it’ll absorb less chlorine and salt water.

🧴 Use a leave-in conditioner
Apply a leave-in before swimming to create an extra barrier against chlorine, salt, and sun exposure.

👒 Wear a hat
Protect your scalp and hair from UV damage, dryness, and color fading.

🚿 Rinse immediately after swimming
The sooner you rinse out chlorine or salt water, the better! Don’t let it sit on your hair all day.

💜 Blondes, use a purple shampoo
Chlorine can make blonde hair look dull or brassy. A purple shampoo can help keep your blonde bright.

💧 Deep condition weekly
Extra moisture is a must during the summer months. A good deep conditioning treatment can help prevent dryness and breakage.
