Feeling stressed, puffy, exhausted, foggy, or like your body just won’t fully relax?
Stress doesn’t only affect the mind — we often feel it physically too.
Gentle lymphatic therapy may help support:
• Relaxation and nervous-system regulation
• Healthy lymphatic flow
• Less heaviness and congestion
• Rest, recovery, and mental clarity
• Overall whole-body wellness
Many clients simply describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more relaxed after a session.
Lymphatic therapy does not treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, or other mental-health conditions, but it can be a supportive part of taking care of your body while you manage life’s stress.
💜 Support your body. Support your mind.

Planning or recovering from plastic surgery? Swelling and inflammation are part of the body’s response to surgery. When excess fluid builds in tissue, it can increase the distance oxygen travels to reach cells. (pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov)
When appropriate, gentle manual lymphatic drainage may support fluid movement and help manage swelling. It may also be considered as part of care for discomfort or tissue firmness—but results vary, and it isn’t a promise of faster healing or a substitute for your surgeon’s plan. Evidence and guidance can vary by procedure. (mdpi.com, plasticsurgery.org)
At Purple Sage, post-surgical lymphatic care is individualized. Please get clearance from your surgeon before beginning, and follow their instructions for timing and recovery.
Your healing journey deserves thoughtful, coordinated support. 💜

Have you ever felt stress in your body before you had words for it?
Trauma-related stress may influence sleep, digestion, energy, pain, and more. The lymphatic system plays an important role in fluid balance and immune function. Gentle MLD may support fluid movement and relaxation as part of a broader care journey—but it is not a treatment for trauma.
Your body deserves compassionate, whole-person support. 💜

Have you ever wondered how swelling can contribute to nerve discomfort?
Fluid buildup can make nearby tissue swell. If swollen, inflamed tissue presses on a nerve, it may contribute to pain, tingling, or sensitivity.
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) may support fluid movement when swelling is a factor, but it does not treat or repair a nerve. Nerve symptoms should be assessed by a medical professional.

Your lymphatic system works just beneath the surface of the skin—which is why Manual Lymphatic Drainage is so gentle. 🌿
MLD uses light, rhythmic skin-stretch techniques to support natural fluid movement through the lymphatic pathways. It is not deep pressure; it is intentional, specialized care.
At Purple Sage Advanced Lymphatic Therapy, I provide individualized lymphatic support for post-op recovery, wellness, and oncology-related needs within my LMT/CLT scope of practice.
Specialized care. Whole body wellness. 💚

Your lymphatic system works quietly behind the scenes every day—but when flow slows, your body may start giving you signs. 💜
Swelling, heaviness, congestion, fatigue, or that “puffy” feeling may be your body asking for a little extra support.
🌿 Support your flow. Support your whole body.

Most people think vitamin C is just something you take when you feel a cold coming on.
But vitamin C is far more powerful than most people realize — and how it enters the body completely changes what it can do at the cellular level.
Standard oral vitamin C is limited by digestion, meaning only small amounts can enter the bloodstream at a time. Liposomal vitamin C can improve absorption somewhat, but it still cannot reach the concentrations needed to produce certain biological effects.
Intravenous (IV) vitamin C is different. By bypassing the digestive system, it can reach plasma levels that oral supplements simply cannot achieve.
At these pharmacological concentrations, vitamin C behaves very differently in the body. It can generate oxidative stress that cancer cells—what Dr. Lodi refers to as chronically fermenting cells (CFCs)—struggle to neutralize, while healthy cells are able to protect themselves.
This infographic breaks down the key differences between oral, liposomal, and IV vitamin C and why delivery method matters more than most people think.
