SOHL R3BLS Lifestyle Fitness

The graphic is blunt, I know. And I get why people grab McDonald’s; convenience is a real thing. But I think we’ve gotten too comfortable letting taste decide what deserves our money. Personally, I want more of mine going toward food that supports my health. That takes some planning; some days it’s a pain in the ass. Still worth it. We vote with our dollars, and I’d rather expect better from the companies we keep paying.

Get your ass moving; October Movement Experience is here.

• Mobility + breathwork; work with the body you’ve got.
• Sundays at 10:15 AM — no class 10/18.
• Alta Boulders & Fitness, Chandler.
• $20 in person / $15 livestream.
• First time? Your class is FREE.

DM to grab your spot. Let’s do this s**t.

These shirts came out f’n great.

Big thank you to Ruth over at Zona Threads for getting these done for us.

If you’re looking to get some shirts printed, hit her up. She has exceptional prices, does great work and she’s local right here in Ahwatukee.

Your back probably isn’t fragile. It just might not be ready for the demand you’re putting on it.

If hinging feels like s**t right now, don’t force it. But don’t avoid that s**t forever either.

Back the range off. Build some capacity. Earn the movement back.

That’s it.

How does your back feel when you hinge?
