The big reveal: Dish 1- Chicken Marsala with/garlic smash cauliflower. Dish 2- Grassfed Ground Beef infused with red,yellow,orange peppers; red cabbage; onions and tomatoes. Yummy.

Results from my Bennu Garden Market pickens this past Saturday. Come on out to support at 500 S. Turner Ave. Charlotte, NC 8:30am to 3pm. Support and .table and others. I have Moringa Leaves, onions, cucumbers, mini watermelon potatoes. Dishes: lentils w/moringa leaves; mash potatoes;stuff squash flowers; zucchini/squash fritters and watermelon for dessert. As a Health Coach, I can help you pick, incorporate, and cook these awesome ingredients and as a Massage Therapist I share techniques to reduce stress and provide an therapeutic treatment. .table
