Why I choose this topic…
Several months ago I realized I wasn’t experiencing the emotion of happiness as often as I felt I should or deserved. I wasn’t at all unhappy, but I also wasn’t happy…spending most of my days going through the motions. I decided to make some changes to my routine to create more happiness in the mundane of the day in day out and thought if I could spread this joy, and audience is a great place to start.
