If you haven’t been using red light therapy, you’re seriously missing out! 👀
The NourishMax Advanced 5D Pro Light Therapy Face Mask has 54 medical-grade quad bulbs (216 precision light beams) to ensure deep pe*******on of the skin and the results are no joke.
I love how comfortable it is, plus it’s flexible enough to pack easily and cordless so I can do other things during my treatments.
And it has 3 different color modes:
🔴 Red + Infrared, boosts collagen & elastin production and reduces fine lines and wrinkles
🔵 Blue, eliminates acne-causing bacteria, reduces inflammation, minimizes pores, and regulates oily skin
🟡 Yellow, soothes sensitive skin, brightens the complexion, and improves skincare absorption
Head to the link in my bio to shop the NourishMax mask along with their Vitamin C+B+E Ferulic Serum, Diamond Infused Eye Cream, and so much more! 💕
When I heard Violet's story, my heart broke in two💔💜
Most children diagnosed with DIPG—a rare pediatric brain cancer—only survive 8 to 11 months. And shockingly, only a small percentage of cancer research funding goes toward pediatric cancer.
That’s why my cousin started 💜

Mid-Migration photodump 🐦
We've migrated from the Midwest winter to the hot Florida sun for several weeks and we aren't mad about it 🥰

Heard there's a 2016 trend and I'm a little late 🤪
The year was 2016, she was living the dream as a new mom, after almost a year of not being able to get pregnant. Finally getting the hang of things. Balancing life as a part time nurse, full time wife and mom and babysitting on my days off to earn extra money while staying home a bit more. Our first baby turned one and then ended the year choosing to get knocked up again 🤣. Man it's hard to even remember those days, but I know they sure were sweet 🥰 and I wouldn't change it for the world.
