Random I know but…
Any ideas on how to get some sort of treatment when you’re outside of your home country?
I work in the middle east and care out here is severely lacking

I was gonna do some sort of online therapy but when I signed up they bombarded me with payment and a discount which immediately pushed me away

Diagnosed 2009 or 10
Untreated since then, yeah it’s been interesting
