As we celebrate freedom this weekend, remember that the greatest freedom isn't found in a holiday—it's found in Christ.

Shame was never meant to be your identity. It may tell you to stay silent, hide your story, or believe you're too broken to begin again. But Jesus came to break every chain and remind you of who you truly are.

You don't have to carry what Jesus has already carried for you.

Today, choose freedom.
Choose grace.
Choose to walk with your head held high.

"This is what taking care of God's temple looked like today..."

Today that looked like walking down the hill, climbing **156 steps**... three times, resistance training, jump rope, hydrating, and ending my morning with a cup of tea that supports my liver health.

I don't do these things to be perfect. I do them because I believe this body is a gift from God, and I want to steward it well.

Your healthiest life isn't built in a day—it's built one faithful choice at a time.

Keep moving.
Keep nourishing.
Keep showing up for yourself.
