I’m offering something new: workshops. 😃
I’ve learned that many times we have the tools within us- but we might not know how or when to use them.

Think about it.
Breathing comes naturally to us. It’s what keeps us alive 🤣

But, it can also be a very helpful tool.
One of the main reasons I like breath work as a go-to for anxiety is because it is so available. It’s always with us. 😃

Once we know what to do & how to do it, we are more capable of not having a full blown anxiety attack that sends us spiraling. 🫨

But it’s not just about knowing what to do.
It’s about practicing & learning your favorite ways to breathe
so when anxiety strikes, you know what to do.

That’s why I want to show you ways to breathe away anxiety.

The workshop will be at my office on Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 11-12:30

We will discuss how breathing affects our nervous system
(both the good and not so helpful ways).

Then I will explain how to breathe correctly to prevent anxiety
& what to do when you become anxious.

There will be time for practice and questions. 😁

Introductory Workshop Pricing
This is the first time I’m offering this interactive workshop, so I’m offering an introductory price for this first class for $24.

Future workshops may be offered at a higher price as the workshop is refined and expanded.
The class size will be no larger than 6 people. Your registration secures your spot at this introductory rate. Last day to register is October 18, 2026.

My daughter has been talking about fostering kittens for months.
& when we saw that Conway City Animal Shelter had lots of kittens that needed fostering, we decided to help

Meet Taffy (boy) and Muffin (boy). Both are about 1.5 lbs but need to be 3 pounds before they find their forever home.

Excited to be a little part of their beginning 💙💙
