A quick fall schedule update:

Something I hear all the time:
โBut I only lost 2 to 4 lbs.โ
But what kind of weight did you lose? That matters.
Not all weight loss is the same.
Was it water weight from dehydration?
Or temporary fluctuation from sodium and fluid retention?
Or was it โonlyโ 2 to 4 lbs because you lost fat and gained muscle?
That is a completely different outcome.
It is easy to compare yourself to others, especially those on medications showing rapid drops on the scale. But real fat loss does not happen fast. It does not work that way.
Fast weight loss is often water and muscle, not sustainable fat loss.
If all you are doing is taking a shot, cutting calories, skipping adequate protein, and not moving your body, you are likely losing muscle. And that weight can come back quickly as fat once you stop.
The goal is not just to lose weight.
