A few months ago, I wrote four goals on this piece of paper. Today, I picked it up and realized… three of them have already become part of my life. ✨

It made me pause and reflect on the power of intention and attention…the things we give our energy to, the possibilities we make room for and the choices we make along the way.

For me, frequency is about how I show up: what I believe is possible, what I nurture within myself and how I carry that into action.

Sometimes growth happens so quietly that we forget to notice we’re living something we once only wrote about.

Today, I’m taking a moment to notice. And to feel grateful. What would you like to create in your life?

A new decade and a milestone that feels both big and deeply personal.

Looking back on my life, I’m honoring all I’ve accomplished, all I’ve moved through and the woman I’ve grown into. There’s still so much to learn, room to shift and more of myself to discover.

There is more I want to give, create, experience and do. In so many ways I feel I’m just getting started. I’m sitting feeling so much more self love, confidence and peace than I’ve ever known and that is the greatest gift that life has given me thus far.

I’m stepping into this new decade with gratitude for where I’ve been and an open heart for what’s ahead. Because there’s something dangerously magnetic about deciding your life is about to get very good!

Here’s to becoming and being brave enough to keep beginning. ✨

Big news… I’m taking recovery to the courts! 🏓✨

I’m excited to introduce The Pickleball Recovery Co., my new adventure bringing assisted stretch, mobility and recovery services to pickleball tournaments and retreats.

BodyClay Studios is still my home and my sessions there will continue. This new venture lets me bring the work I love to more people, helping players feel better in their bodies and enjoy more of the game they love.

Whether you’re playing for the competition, the community or the pure joy of it, your body deserves a little love between matches.
