Permanent eyeliner enhances your natural looks, brighten your eyes and you don’t look washed out when you get out of the pool or wake up in the morning. It’s fabulous. I have had mine since I was 23 years old and have loved it. These pictures are immediately after so they are darker and a little thicker than they will be once they heal.
