Goddess Glow Holistic Care

and a new chapter begins 🧚🏽‍♀️

Over the weekend I received my Certification in Sound ✨

I am so grateful to have learned the history and the science of this beautiful tool, but even more excited to be able to share this knowledge!

I plan on incorporating sound baths into The Garden series as I my continue my education in holistic wellness.

Here's to discovering more opportunities of rest, healing, and connection in a world filled with chaos.

Holistic wellness is the practice of nurturing your whole self (mind, body, and spirit). It involves treating the root causes of imbalance, not just the symptoms.

They don’t exist separately from one another, and caring for yourself doesn’t have to begin only when something feels “wrong.”

What does holistic care look like in your life right now?

Traveling to LA definitely was NOT on my bingo card for this year 🤩 but MAN IM GRATEFUL.

I randomly signed up for the giveaway and messed around and won 😩 so basically I was FORCED to go!

This weekend was nothing but a divine reminder that I'm supposed to be here. I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be. I'm supposed to constantly be pushed out my comfort zone. I'm supposed to do all the scary things!

Goddess Glow has always been an expressive outlet for me, but in my desire to grow a sustainable, lifelong business, I'm am SO grateful to be given the opportunities and the tools to make that a reality 🤍

I've already been working on things to elevate and provide clarity to all that Goddess Glow is, but this weekend has def kicked that determination into turbo mode.
