I help you cut through the confusing world of health and get to the root cause of your symptoms so you can heal from the inside out.

Way too many people are walking around with symptoms like fatigue, bloating, eczema, anxiety and more...and they're told it's normal and there's nothing they can do about it. I strongly believe there is ALWAYS something you can do to improve your health. From my own journey with autoimmune illness; to overcoming my children's struggle with allergies, asthma and eczema; to working with top nutritio

I’ve gone back and forth on whether or not to share this.

It feels vulnerable. It feels personal. And honestly, I don’t love being this “in it” publicly.

But I also know that so many of you are here because you’re looking for a different way of approaching healing. Not just “wait it out” and hope for the best, but supporting the body with everything we can while it does what it was designed to do.

Two weeks ago, I had TMJ surgery to repair joint degeneration, displaced discs, torn meniscus, and scar tissue. During the surgery, my facial nerve was impacted, which left one side of my face temporarily paralyzed. I also developed vision complications, double vision, inflammation, and issues with my eye not closing fully, which means protecting my cornea has become a very big priority over here.

It’s been a lot.

I haven’t been able to read emails, labs, texts, or function the way I normally do. I’ve had to stay much more behind the scenes while my team continues caring for clients, running appointments, and keeping everything moving.

And I truly have the best team in the world.

At the same time, I’m doing what I always do. I’m asking questions. I’m researching. I’m supporting my body from every angle I can.

Nutrition, supplements, red light, class 4 laser, lymphatic support, acupuncture, physical therapy, and peptide support are all part of my recovery plan right now.

I’m also using CL, which includes KPV, BPC 157, TB 500, and GHK Cu to support inflammation, tissue repair, gut support after antibiotics and steroids, skin quality, and hopefully every bit of healing my body needs right now.

I may share more about the details of what I’m doing and how my recovery progresses, but I’m still deciding the best way to do that.

Thank you for all of the love, patience, prayers, and support. I feel it.🤍🙏🏽

And if you’re curious about the peptide blend I mentioned, comment PEP and I’ll send you the info for the only place I personally trust for it. ✨

Heart disease remains the #1 killer of both men and women.

The good news? Many risk factors are measurable. Many are modifiable. And many can be identified years before a heart attack or stroke ever occurs.

But most people have no idea whether they're actually at risk for heart disease.

Because they've only had a standard cholesterol panel.

And while LDL, HDL, total cholesterol, and triglycerides can be a helpful start, they don't always tell the whole story.

I've worked with clients who had "normal" cholesterol but elevated ApoB, high inflammation, insulin resistance, elevated homocysteine, or genetically elevated Lp(a) that completely changed the conversation.

I've also worked with clients who were told they needed medication immediately, when deeper testing revealed a more nuanced picture and several modifiable risk factors we could address first.

That's why I routinely look beyond the standard lipid panel and assess markers like:
✔ ApoB
✔ Lipoprotein(a)
✔ Remnant lipoproteins
✔ hs-CRP
✔ Fasting insulin
✔ Hemoglobin A1C
✔ Homocysteine

Because I'd rather identify a problem when we have time to do something about it. And we have a kit that's only $250 for all of these markers AND MORE. To me, it's a no brainer and potential life saver, and we use it often with our clients.

Don't wait until it's too late.

Comment HEART ❤️ and let's talk about what you've already had tested, what may be missing, and whether additional testing makes sense for your specific situation.

I’ve been in the wellness space long enough to see trends come and go.
Juice cleanses.
Detox teas.
Extreme diets.
30-day challenges.

Most of them don’t last.
But Prolon is one of the few wellness resets I’ve personally come back to again and again over the years because I genuinely love how I feel afterward AND it’s not a trend - it’s backed by science (and I loooove science!).

The biggest difference for me isn’t what happens during the 5 days—it’s what happens after.

My cravings feel completely different. Instead of wanting processed foods and sugar, I find myself craving fresh fruit, vegetables, and nourishing meals.

My appetite feels recalibrated.I feel energized, refreshed, and motivated to keep making healthy choices.

And as a busy mom and business owner, I also love that everything is done for me. No meal planning. No cooking. No cleanup. Just five days of having a plan and following it.

As a practitioner, I’ve also recommended Prolon to clients looking for a structured wellness reset for many years because it’s backed by decades of research and designed to mimic the effects of fasting while still providing nourishment making it a breeze to complete.

Summer has always felt like a natural time to pause, reset, and reconnect with the habits that help me feel my best.

This continues to be one of my favorite ways to do exactly that.

Comment Prolon below and I’ll send you more information on how you can hit that reset button for yourself!

One of the hardest things for many women to believe is that eating less isn't always the answer.

By the time some clients come to us, they're:
❌ Skipping meals
❌ Living on salads
❌ Eating 1,200 calories
❌ Afraid of carbs
❌ Constantly hungry
❌ White-knuckling their way through the day
And yet the scale won't budge.

Sometimes the problem isn't that you're eating too much.
Sometimes the problem is that your body has been under-fueled for so long that it's screaming for energy, driving cravings, blood sugar swings, stress hormones, and a metabolism that isn't functioning optimally.

That's why one of my favorite moments is when a client finally trusts our Registered Dietitian enough to:
✔️ Eat more protein
✔️ Fuel appropriately
✔️ Stop skipping meals
✔️ Build balanced plates
✔️ Support muscle mass..and then starts losing weight with LESS effort than before.

More food isn't always the answer.
But neither is eating less.
The goal is giving your body what it actually needs. ❤️

Raise your hand if you're barely eating but still just being told to "eat less move more" to lose weight?

Most detox protocols are backwards.
More supplements.
More restriction.
More “cleanses.”

But a random detox without strategy, data, foundational support, and a plan usually leaves you feeling no better than before...or potentially even much worse.

What I see all the time:
People throwing money at greens powders, binders, and random protocols…
without ever asking:
👉 What am I actually trying to remove?
👉 And can my body even handle it?

Because here’s the truth:
If you don’t know your toxic load…you’re guessing.
If you don’t understand your detox capacity…you’re guessing.
If you don't know where these toxins will go (are you even pooping? Is your lymph stagnant? Do you sweat?)...you're guessing on the biggest factor - will these toxins I'm stirring up LEAVE my body or just get pulled out of hiding spaces and into circulation and my body will be forced to deal with them all over again without them ever actually leaving!?

Real detox is strategic.
It starts with:
-identifying exposures and minimizing future exposures
-understanding how your body processes toxins
-supporting the detox systems that actually do the work
-ensuring drainage pathways are open and operational

This is why some people “detox” and feel worse.
And others finally start to feel like themselves again.
Same effort. Different approach.

If you’re tired of trying things that don’t move the needle…
there’s usually a deeper layer we need to look at.

Comment DETOX and I’ll send you next steps to start doing this the right way.

First it was spooky... 👻
Then it was scary... 😳
And then it turned out ok.
If you've ever been on a healing journey, you know exactly what I'm talking about.

You start a new protocol and suddenly:
🤔 Your digestion changes
🤔 Your energy shifts
🤔 Symptoms improve... then something else pops up
🤔 You wonder if you're doing something wrong
🤔 You start questioning every supplement, every meal, and every decision you've made

The truth is that healing isn't always linear.
Sometimes symptoms change.
Sometimes new information emerges.
Sometimes your body starts communicating differently as layers of dysfunction are addressed.

And when you're trying to navigate all of that by yourself?
That's when things get really overwhelming.

One of the things I hear most often from new clients is how alone they felt trying to figure everything out.
Googling.
Scrolling.
Second guessing.
Wondering if they should stop, continue, push through, or panic. 😅

That's exactly why every client in our programs has access to practitioner messaging between appointments.

Because healing isn't something that only happens during a 45-minute appointment every few weeks.

It happens in the real world.
When symptoms change.
When questions come up.
When you're not sure what to do next.

Our goal is simple:
To make sure you're never navigating the ups and downs of your health journey alone.
We're right there beside you. ❤️

You’re not lacking discipline.
You’re lacking precision.

The clients who come to us aren’t guessing.
They’ve already cleaned up their diet, prioritized sleep, and pulled back where needed. And many have even had labs run.

And yet… the fatigue is still there.

Because at this level, it’s no longer about doing more.
It’s about identifying what’s being missed.

What we often uncover most commonly:
• Dysregulated cortisol patterns (not just “stress”)
• Chronic under-fueling masked as “healthy eating”
• Low DHEA + testosterone impacting energy and drive
• Ferritin levels that are technically “normal”… but far from optimal
(and less commonly but runners up are - long haulers, reactivated EBV, tick borne illness, mold exposure, SIBO and celiac disease).

These common causes are about more than just one lab marker however - these are nuanced patterns.
And they require a strategic, data-driven approach to resolve.

If you’re ready to stop managing symptoms and start understanding your body at a deeper level - whether it's one of the more common causes - or a runner up....

Comment HELP and I’ll send you next steps on what it might look like to work with us to resolve that fatigue once and for all.

Because let's be real - how much better would your entire life be if you felt VIBRANT AND ENERGETIC all day every day?!

When you live with athletes, recovery isn’t optional.
Between practices, games, tournaments, strength training, there’s not a day there goes by where I don’t hear a “Mooooom....my (insert body part of the day) hurts...” 🫠

I’m always looking for tools that are effective and realistic enough that my boys will actually use them.
That’s why we’ve been loving the MOVE+ device.

Unlike many red light devices that require you to sit in front of a large panel (and hope you’re at the right distance for the right amount of time...) the MOVE+ is portable, wearable, and designed to deliver the precise targeted therapy directly on the area of concern.

What caught my attention is the combination of:
660nm red light
808nm near-infrared laser technology

The 660nm wavelength is commonly used to support circulation and tissues closer to the surface, while the 808nm wavelength is designed to reach deeper tissues and joints. The device combines both in a targeted, wearable design.

As a mom of three basketball players, l appreciate that it:
✅ Travels easily to tournaments and away games
✅ Doesn’t take up much space
✅ Is simple enough for teenagers to use on their own
✅ Fits into real life

Because consistency is what matters most when it comes to recovery.

Want to try this for yourself? Comment MOVE and I’ll send the link straight to your messages! 👇🏻

Histamine is one of the most misunderstood topics in health.

Most people hear “histamine” and think:
🤧 Seasonal allergies
🤧 Sneezing
🤧 Runny nose

But in practice, we often end up exploring histamine with clients dealing with things that seem completely unrelated (spoiler alert - they are often related!):
• Anxiety
• Brain fog
• Headaches
• Insomnia
• Heart palpitations
• Dizziness
• Flushing
• Digestive issues
• Feeling worse around their cycle
• Reactions to even seemingly “healthy foods”

The challenge is that histamine symptoms can overlap with a LOT of other conditions.
Hormone imbalances.
Mold exposure.
MCAS.
Gut dysfunction.
Chronic infections.
Nervous system dysregulation.

That’s why I never recommend assuming histamine is the root cause.
It’s simply one piece of the puzzle worth investigating when the symptoms fit.

👇 I’d love to hear from you:
If you’ve struggled with histamine issues, what have you tried?
Low histamine diet?
DAO?
Antihistamines?
Addressing mold?
Healing your gut?

Or if you’re completely new to this topic, what’s your biggest question about histamine?
Let’s talk about it.
