Twelve years ago, we didn’t set out to build one of the largest behavioral health organizations in the region.

We set out to solve a problem.

In 2014, we opened one recovery house because people needed a safe place to rebuild their lives. The resources weren’t there. The barriers were too high. So we stopped waiting for someone else to fix it.

We built it.

One recovery house became another. Then another.

Recovery support became treatment.

Treatment became innovation.

Innovation became a movement.

Today, MVP Recovery is proud to be the largest DDAP-licensed recovery home provider in Pennsylvania and one of the most comprehensive behavioral health organizations in the Philadelphia region. But our greatest accomplishment has never been our growth.

It’s the lives changed.

The families reunited.

The hope restored.

The barriers removed.

For 12 years, we’ve challenged the idea that “good enough” is good enough. We’ve refused to accept the status quo. We’ve raised the standard for recovery housing, treatment, and recovery support because every person deserves the very best opportunity to recover.

People have watched what we’ve built.

Some have tried to imitate it.

But there has only ever been one MVP.

Not because we’re the biggest.

Because we never stopped believing that recovery should be accessible, innovative, compassionate, and life-changing.

To every team member who believed in this mission.
