Think of a moment when someone saw something true about you that you had not yet named yourself.
The thing they noticed.
The way they said it.
The feeling of being more known than you expected.
That person gave you something rare.
And it is worth remembering that you have the capacity to offer the same thing to someone else.

✨ Understanding the 7 Chakras & Signs of Blocked Energy ✨

Chakras are believed to be energy centers within the body, each connected to our emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. 🌿

When a chakra becomes energetically blocked or imbalanced, holistic traditions associate it with certain emotional patterns.

❤️ Root Chakra – Safety, stability & grounding
Blocked: Anxiety, fear, insecurity & feeling unsettled.

🧡 Sacral Chakra – Creativity, emotions & passion
Blocked: Emotional suppression, lack of creativity & difficulty experiencing joy.

💛 Solar Plexus Chakra – Confidence, motivation & personal power
Blocked: Self-doubt, low motivation, people-pleasing & lack of confidence.

💚 Heart Chakra – Love, compassion & forgiveness
Blocked: Difficulty trusting, holding onto resentment & struggling with self-love.

💙 Throat Chakra – Communication & self-expression
Blocked: Fear of speaking up, difficulty setting boundaries & suppressing your truth.

💜 Third Eye Chakra – Intuition, clarity & inner wisdom
Blocked: Overthinking, confusion, self-doubt & feeling disconnected from your intuition.

🤍 Crown Chakra – Spiritual connection & higher awareness
Blocked: Feeling disconnected, lacking purpose & struggling to find inner peace.

🌙 How Can Reiki Help?

Reiki is a gentle, complementary energy-healing practice used to encourage relaxation, mindfulness, and a sense of balance. Chakra work offers an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and explore areas that may need extra attention.

✨ These are traditional energetic interpretations, not medical diagnoses.

✨DAILY GRATITUDE MOMENT✨

Today, be grateful for every act of kindness this week —> given and received.
The door held.
The message sent.
The inner critic quieted for a moment.
The difficult person seen as human.
Each one was the kind life in practice.
And the practice is changing you.
One small choice at a time. 🤍

Happy FriYaY 🥰

✨DAILY GRATITUDE MOMENT✨

Today, be grateful for the difficult people in your life.
Not for what they have done. For what they have required of you.
The patience they have demanded. The boundaries they have made necessary. The practice of radical kindness they have made available.
The difficult people are the advanced curriculum.

And you are in it.
