Before you pack that box, one favor: please leave the labels on.

We know the instinct — you want to send a clean box, or you're protecting your personal info. But pharmacy labels are applied with industrial adhesive, and peeling one off almost always tears the box surface. That surface damage triggers a 50% deduction at inspection, and it's the most common preventable issue our team sees.

You don't need to do a thing. We remove labels professionally as a standard part of every inspection, and any label with your name, address, or prescription info is removed and shredded as soon as it reaches us. Your information never travels with the product.

Two things that DO help your payout: keep every box factory sealed, and check the expiration date before you pack (it's usually in small print on the side or bottom panel next to "EXP"). Boxes with 10 or more months left earn full listed price — 3 to 9 months drops to 50%.

Not sure if we buy your brand? Here's the honest list.

We currently buy Accu-Chek, Contour, Dario, Dexcom, FreeStyle and FreeStyle Libre, Omnipod, and OneTouch — test strips, CGM sensors, and pods. We also buy a handful of readers and receivers. We buy limited brands and models on purpose, based on what there's actual demand for, and we update the list as that changes.

Three things decide whether a box qualifies. It has to be factory sealed. It needs time left on the clock — 10 or more months to expiration earns the full listed price, 3 to 9 months earns 50%, and under 3 months we can't accept at all, because there isn't enough time left to get it to someone who needs it. And it can't have come through Medicare, Medicaid, or another government program — selling those is illegal, so we can't buy them.
