The Wild Palm Ranch & Wellness

My energy is currency… and I finally stopped handing it out for free. 💅

Protect your peace. Protect your time. Protect the version of you that actually enjoys her life. 🤎

Just planting the seed 😂😂

Wild Palm Ranch in Delray Beach
For the Wild Woman!! 🦄✨

If I only had one hour a week to spend on myself, this is exactly what I’d do:

1. Put my phone away.
The world can wait.
2. Sit with the horses.
No fixing. No performing. No rushing.
3. Let someone else guide me.
Meditate. Get quiet. Breathe. Remember what I actually need.

One hour. Outside. With horses. Just for me.

That’s exactly why I created Horse Meditation at The Wild Palm. 🐴🌴Delray Beach, Florida
