One of the things Iām most proud of has nothing to do with the 50 pounds I lost. ā¤ļø
My daughter has NEVER stopped me and said,
āMom, look how skinny I am!ā
But she HAS stopped me, flexed her little arms and said,
āMom, look at my muscles!ā šŖš„¹
And every time she does, I think⦠THIS.
This is what matters.
Sheās growing up watching me work out, eat foods I love, take care of my body and still live my life.
I donāt want her growing up believing her goal is to take up less space.
I want her to feel STRONG.
Capable. Confident. Proud of what her body can DO.
Because our daughters are listening when we talk about our bodies⦠even when we donāt realize it.
My weight-loss journey started because I wanted to change my body.
But now?
I realize Iām also showing HER what it looks like to take care of hers. ā¤ļø

Hands down, the best Amazon purchase I've made in a long time! Make sure to my my other page The Amazon Purchase That Changed My Life
Never in a million years did I think I'd be wearing barrel-leg overalls, but here we are... and I'm obsessed.
These were way outside of my normal fashion comfort zone, but sometimes the biggest style wins come from taking a chance. I've had complete strangers stop me to ask where I got them, and my 10-year-old even told me I looked cuteāwhich, let's be honest, is probably the highest compliment a mom can get these days.
They're ridiculously comfortable, surprisingly flattering, and somehow make me feel put together without even trying. And can we talk about the pockets? Why did I ever stop wearing overalls?
If you've been thinking about trying a trend that's outside your usual style, consider this your sign. Sometimes fashion gold is hiding where you'd least expect it.

Who said the mom bod was a bad thing?
These swimsuits are proof you don't have to choose between feeling comfortable and feeling confident. They smooth, support, and hold you in all the right places while still letting you feel cute, sexy, and ready for summer.
The tummy control is amazing without feeling restrictive, and they do an incredible job of minimizing the mom pooch and love handles.
I'm 5'6" and 155 lbs for reference
Comment SUMMER and I'll send you the links!
We spent the weekend visiting my mom, but before we headed home yesterday we stock her fridge and freezer.
We made 4 different recipes which includedā summer pasta salad, homemade Hamburger Helper, beef enchiladas and bacon and cheese egg bites. In about 2 hours of cooking, we had multiple meals ready for her this week AND plenty to freeze for later.
I don't normally meal prep like this, but every time I do, I'm reminded how easy it actually is when you have a PLAN
AND that's usually the hardest part.
What are we eating this week? What do I need from the store? What can I make at the same time? What freezes well? And how do I get it all done without spending my entire Sunday in the kitchen?
With school back in session, sports starting and everyone's schedules getting crazy again, I started thinking...
What if I did THAT part for you?
The recipes.
The grocery list.
The order to prep everything.
What to make weekly.
What to make monthly and freeze.
And a step-by-step plan to get it done as quickly as possible.
Basically, you do the cooking, but I'll take away the mental load of figuring it all out.
Normal, family-friendly meals. Nothing complicated. Nothing that requires 37 ingredients you'll never use again. š Just a realistic system that helps busy families get homemade meals on the table without having to think about dinner every single night.
Because 2 hours today just gave my mom meals for DAYS.
And now I'm thinking I need to create this for all of us busy moms too. š
If you'd use something like this, comment MEAL PREP. š
Our daughters are always listening⦠even when we donāt realize it. š
They hear how we talk about our bodies, food and exerciseāand those words can eventually become the way THEY talk about themselves.
I want my daughter to see that I work out to feel strong, choose foods that make me feel good AND eat the dessert because life is meant to be enjoyed.
Itās also a huge part of why I created my accountability coaching and meal plansāto help women stop the constant dieting and āstarting over Mondayā cycle and build realistic habits that fit into REAL life.
Because our daughters donāt need to watch us spend our lives dieting. They need to see us living. š
Comment COACHING for 1:1 support or MEALS for my simple, family-friendly meal plans!
You don't have to eliminate the foods you love to lose weight.
Think of calories like money. If you spend a little extra in one area, you adjust in another. Food works the same way.
Enjoy the pizza. Have the margarita. Eat the dessert. Just do it within reason and balance it throughout your day or week.
Unless your doctor has told you to avoid a specific food, the goal isn't restrictionāit's moderation.
Because this isn't a diet. It's a lifestyle.
The best plan is one you can follow for the rest of your life, not just until your next cheat meal.
If you're tired of starting over every Monday, let's build a realistic plan that fits your life and still gets results.
