Therapy comes in many forms… mine just happens to include really good hair 😂✨
I love extensions because there are so many ways to customize the transformation. And honestly, the before and after is therapy for me too!

I’m always researching hair loss, scalp health, and ways to support healthy hair growth, so yes, I keep a scalp massager in my car. 😂

Yesterday I had a headache, had a few minutes on my lunch break, and this felt SO good. I love scalp massage for the circulation, tension release, and honestly just the little nervous-system reset.

Sometimes hair care is also self care. 🤍
