Just a handful of many recent customers neglected and disappointed by Done.

The DEA is investigating Done over ADHD drug prescriptions 02/19/2024

Multiple complaints of not being able to fill prescriptions due to so many pharmacies that will not fill Done provider prescriptions. Done refuses full refunds even if their providers are unable to have their prescriptions filled, or if their providers just ghost patients all together.

This company is a scam! They will charge your card, but you won't hear anything back from them. I requested a refill on 6/29/23 (same day as when they charged my card $79), and it is now 9 days later in the evening of 7/7/23. I have not heard anything back from Done other than a generic message letting me know that they're working on it and it might take up to 3 days to get the refill. It's been 9 days! This is such a hassle and an absolute waste of my time. Also, it's expensive for the "convenience." I added my receipt of payment as proof with my name and claim number blacked out as proof.

Understood Explains Season 2 12/03/2023

Any other concerns about online ADHD diagnosis?

Coming back to the Luke, Leia, and Han examples I just shared, the biggest issue with an online evaluation is that it probably won’t be comprehensive. It’ll most likely be very focused on ADHD. And that can be a problem because there are a lot of things that can look like ADHD — such as anxiety or depression.
So if you get an online evaluation that is very focused on ADHD, you might come out of it getting misdiagnosed with ADHD. This can be dangerous in some cases. For example — and, just as a warning, this is gonna be a very heavy example — if the source of your ADHD-like symptoms is actually bipolar disorder, and you start taking an ADHD stimulant medication, it might trigger a manic or psychotic episode, and possibly increase suicidal thinking or ideation.
Another thing to keep in mind about an evaluation that is narrowly focused on ADHD is that you might be told you’re showing signs of — and I’m doing air quotes here — “something other than ADHD,” and that you need to go elsewhere to find out what that “something” is.
The other huge area of concern about an online ADHD diagnosis is that it might not get you the help you need.

It’s worth noting that pharmacies across the country have started blocking or delaying prescriptions from telehealth companies (including Done) over concerns that doctors are over-prescribing ADHD medications such as Adderall. Because of this, filling your Done prescription may be difficult. -Forbes Health

This is a fraudulent company that set me up with a 'physician' who was not licensed to prescribe in my state without a referral from a primary physician (which was a surprise additional cost and wait time told to me after my Done appointment to get my prescription) but then never called in my prescription even after reaching out nearly daily to try to get my prescription. Most pharmacies won't fill through them, at least I couldn't find one, and their online pharmacy never got my prescription even though I was willing to pay the full price due to them not accepting insurance. When I asked for a refund after a month of no help, they only issued a partial refund, even though not only did they delay my treatment, but they cost me additional money in the meantime. Please do not use this service if you are in need of any type of help with your ADHD. -Heather Hyer Hailes

“Preposterously incompetent with questionable ethics, it feels like they are screwing with you it's so bad. I doubt they will last another couple months.

“This company is horrible. From the beginning it was extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone and get any help or get questions answered. For my initial appointment (for which the company charged me 3 times) the provider didn’t even bother to show up. It was extremely difficult to reschedule and the nurse practitioner I was finally scheduled with had no idea what they were doing and seemed to know almost nothing about ADHD. He ended the appointment early after admitting he didn’t know enough to provide a diagnosis or help of any kind. I had already been diagnosed with ADD years ago (which I told the provider) and I worked for 5 years at a clinic specializing in the treatment of ADHD. I didn’t need a diagnosis but was hoping for easier access to care since I live in a remote area with few options. The company wanted to continue charging me while they asked me to wait over a month and a half for an appointment for a second opinion but their website shows tons of available appointments for new clients. So they appear to be offering appointments just to get the initial fee with no follow-up care. This company is irresponsible. They have no idea what they’re doing and should not be providing medical treatment to anyone.
