Meet the dynamic duo 👋🏼💧 Karlie & Matt!

Fun fact: they’re the only married couple on our team 🥰 So yes, they really do work together and go home together 😂

They’re both based in Royal Oak and have a bunch of availability this coming week, so if you’ve been thinking about booking a mobile IV, now’s your chance!

Don’t see a time online that works for you? Shoot them a DM! They may be able to work around your schedule. And because they have a little one, they know the bedtime routine struggle, so depending on the night, they may even be able to swing an after-bedtime appointment.

🦠 Germ season is officially in full swing! With kids back in school for a couple of weeks now, we’re entering that time of year when germs seem to make their way from classrooms to homes, workplaces, and everywhere in between. As a team of wellness nurses, we believe one of the best ways to stay ahead of it is by focusing on the simple, everyday habits that help support your health. 💚

Here are a few reminders to keep in mind this season:

🧼 Wash your hands regularly — especially before eating and after being out in public.
🙅‍♀️ Avoid touching your face — your eyes, nose, and mouth can be easy entry points for germs.
💧 Stay hydrated — proper hydration helps your body function at its best.
🥗 Fuel your body well — prioritize nutrient-dense foods, quality protein, fruits, and vegetables.
😴 Prioritize quality sleep — rest is an important part of supporting a healthy immune system.
🦠 Listen to your body — if you’re not feeling your best, give yourself the time and rest you need.

And if you’re looking for additional nutritional support, that’s where we come in. Our services include IVs and injections of Vitamin C, Vitamin D, glutathione, etc which can provide nutritional and antioxidant support as part of an overall healthy lifestyle.

We can’t avoid every germ that comes our way, but we can be intentional about our habits and give our bodies the tools they need to stay healthy throughout the year. 💚

📲 Reach out to our team to learn more about our IVs and injections and how we can support you throughout the school year.
