☀️Bring on SUMMER! This Sunday the 21st is the summer solstice & International Yoga Day!! I'll be leading my usual 9am class and then the 1015am class will be taught outside! Come salute the sun and solidify some intentions. PLUS we have yoga shirts for sale for $20 to celebrate. You may purchase them all this week through Sunday.

Saturday at 1015am I'll be leading a clinic all about arm balances! We'll warm up all the necessary muscles and chat about why chaturangas are your best friend, and then put your strength to the test. All levels are welcome and I will give very beginner instructions so everyone can have an awesome experience. See you on the 9th at

This is what happens when you randomly suggest something in my class... we MAYke it happen. For the entire month of MAY we are practicing merMAYds every Tuesday at 645pm at . 🧜🏻‍♀️🧜🏻‍♂️ It's going to be so fun.

Couple days away from my headstand clinic at ! We'll go over all the things you need to safely and confidently get upside down. We'll try traditional sirsasana headstand (pic 1), tripod (pic 2), and of course use the assistance of the wall (pic 3) if needed. This clinic is Friday night April 10th starting at 630pm amd will be 90 minutes. Class will be instructional, some flow to warm up, and then practical and fun. See ya Friday!
