OVERVIEW

Exert BodySculpt is seeking a polished, dependable, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to manage daily front-desk operations and create a welcoming, professional experience for every patient.

This is a full-time, in-person, patient-facing position. The ideal candidate communicates warmly and confidently, handles a busy phone line and schedule accurately, follows through on details, and remains calm when priorities shift.

Experience in a medical, aesthetic, wellness, or other appointment-based office is strongly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Greet patients, manage check-in and checkout, collect payments, and communicate appointment information professionally.

* Answer calls and messages, manage scheduling, and maintain accurate patient information and documentation in the EMR.

* Room patients, communicate delays or patient needs to the appropriate team member, and protect patient confidentiality.

* Clean and reset patient rooms between appointments, maintain the reception area, and assist with general office upkeep.

* Support daily administrative needs, including filing, document preparation, team coordination, and opening and closing responsibilities.

ORGANIZATION AND FOLLOW THROUGH

This position requires someone who can manage a high volume of small but important details without constant reminders.

TECHNOLOGY

Our front desk uses several digital systems throughout the day. Candidates must be comfortable learning and working across multiple programs, browser tabs, and communication channels.

Experience with any of the following is strongly preferred:

- Electronic medical record systems
- Customer relationship management systems
- Appointment-scheduling software
- Cloud-based phone systems
- Google Workspace and Google Drive
- Slack or similar workplace communication tools
- Task-management platforms
- Payment-processing systems

You do not need to have used every system we use, but you must be comfortable with technology and able to learn new software quickly.

QUALIFICATIONS

- At least one year of customer service experience
- Medical receptionist or medical-office experience
- Experience scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone manner
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Comfortable collecting payments and discussing balances
- Able to remain calm, courteous, and solution-oriented
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team
- Interest in aesthetics, wellness, beauty, or body contouring
