Excited to announce we’ll be set up at this Sunday, 4/26, from 12pm-4 (or sellout) ! Come hungry ready to enjoy the beautiful scenery at the farm. So many fun activities to enjoy at this family-friendly event.

“The brisket “finger test” or “bend test” is a method to check if smoked brisket is perfectly cooked by draping a slice over your finger. A properly cooked slice should bend easily, droop over the finger without breaking, and hold its own weight, indicating it is tender, moist, and not overcooked.”
