Go look at your phone for a minute. ππΎ
Somewhere in there is a text that says:
"I don't know what I would have done without you."
"That conversation changed everything for me."
"You were the only one who saw it."
You read it.
You felt it.
And then you let it get buried under grocery reminders and group chats.
Start a folder today.
Screenshot every message like that.
Every card.
Every voice note.
Every "you should charge for this."
That folder is not sentimental.
It is proof.
Proof that what you carry works.
Proof for the days the doubt gets loud.
Proof for the woman who is deciding whether to trust you.
What is the most meaningful message someone has ever sent you? ππΎ

I want to tell you about the moment a client decides to hire someone.
It is rarely when they see the most impressive credentials.
It is when they read something- a post, a caption, a single line- and feel:
She gets it.
She has been where I am.
She knows exactly what I am carrying.
That feeling of being understood is more persuasive than any portfolio.
That moment of recognition is more valuable than any testimonial.
Because people do not hire expertise first.
They hire trust.
And trust is built when someone makes them feel seen, precisely, specifically, without them having to explain themselves.
That is the brand we build.
The one that finds the right woman before she even knows she is looking.
Tell me if this is you ππΎ

A reflection for today. ππΎ
What you carry is not waiting for permission to be real.
It already is.
The decades of lived experience.
The wisdom earned through seasons nobody photographed.
The authority built in rooms with no audience.
It was there before anyone recognized it.
Build from it.
Tell me if this is you ππΎ

2 Kings 4. The widow and the oil. ππΎ
She came to the prophet with almost nothing.
Just a little oil.
Not much. Not enough. Not what she thought she needed.
And the instruction was not β "go get more before you start."
The instruction was, " Pour what you have."
Start with the little.
Fill the vessels you have.
Do not stop until the oil stops flowing.
And the oil did not stop until she ran out of vessels.
I think about this constantly when women tell me they are not ready because they do not have enough yet.
Enough followers.
Enough time.
Enough certainty.
Enough content.
Pour what you have.
The multiplication happens in the pouring, not in the accumulation.
Have you felt this? ππΎ ππΎ

I want to describe a woman I know.
She loves to learn.
She has listened to every podcast episode on her list.
She has read the books, underlined and annotated, full of insights.
She has been to the workshops.
She has watched the masterclasses.
And she has not started.
Not because she does not know enough.
She knows more than most people who are already building.
The information was never the obstacle.
The obstacle is the belief that the next episode will be the one that finally makes her feel ready.
It will not.
Ready does not come through information.
It comes through action, imperfect, uncomfortable, undertaken before you feel prepared.
Put the earphones in after you post, not before.
Tell me if this is you.ππΎ

Anthony and I made a pact years ago.
We would not wait for the big milestones to celebrate.
We would celebrate the small things too.
The hard conversation that went better than expected.
The month we hit a goal we had been working toward.
The ordinary day that deserved a good dinner just because we made it through together.
Life is shorter than we plan for.
And the people we are building it with deserve to be celebrated often, openly, and without waiting for permission.
Build a life so good the calendar has things worth celebrating every month.
Not because every month is perfect.
Because you chose to find what was worth honoring in it.
Who are you celebrating today? ππΎ

There is something I want brilliant women to understand about personal branding. ππΎ
What you show online- the post, the video, the caption- is the tip of the iceberg.
And that tip is only credible because of everything underneath it.
The decade of decisions.
The relationships built in rooms nobody photographed.
The hard seasons that gave you the discernment you now give away in a paragraph.
The failures that made you specific rather than general in how you help people.
The online presence is the expression.
The lived experience is the authority.
You cannot shortcut the underneath.
But if you have the underneath- and most of you reading this do,
then the tip does not need to be perfect.
It just needs to be visible.
Tell me if this is you ππΎ

Something about Moses has been sitting with me. ππΎ
He was not in a special prayer retreat when the burning bush appeared.
He was doing his ordinary job.
Tending sheep in the same desert he had walked for forty years.
The extraordinary broke into the ordinary.
And if he had not been present for the ordinary,
doing the regular, unglamorous, Tuesday-of-his-life work.
He would have missed it entirely.
I think about this when I am tempted to wait for the perfect circumstances to show up.
The big conference.
The right launch season.
The moment when everything is ready.
But the burning bush does not care about your timing.
It appears in the ordinary.
Show up for your ordinary.
That is where the encounter happens.
Have you felt this? ππΎ ππΎ

Hollywood knows something a lot of women forget. π¬
Sometimes the sequel is bigger than the original.
The first movie introduces the character.
Shows you where she came from.
Lets you watch her learn the hard lessons.
But the second one?
That is where she walks in already knowing who she is.
Some of you are treating your second act like a consolation prize.
Like the good part already happened and this is just the extended credits.
It is not.
Your first act was the setup.
The years of learning, leading, surviving, serving.
Your second act was always the story.
What would you title your second act? ππΎ

Let me paint a picture. ππΎ
You are at dinner with family or friends.
Someone brings up a problem, a business question, a life decision, a challenge they cannot seem to solve.
And you do what you always do.
You answer it.
Completely. Clearly. With the kind of wisdom that takes somebody else hours of research to produce.
And they look at you and say: "You should charge for this."
And you laugh it off.
You have been laughing it off for years.
While someone else- someone with less experience, less wisdom, and less depth than you- has packaged that exact expertise and is selling it for $2,000.
The dinner table expertise is real.
It just needs a container.
