How can you give yourself more joy this week? Not someday. This week.
Joy doesn't always show up on its own. Sometimes you have to choose it. Schedule it. Protect it like an appointment you refuse to cancel on yourself.
Maybe that looks like an evening with no plans. A meal you actually sit down and enjoy. A phone call with someone who makes you laugh until your face hurts. Or an hour on the table where the only thing asked of you is to breathe and receive.
As we close out Joy Month together, my hope is that joy feels a little more accessible than it did four weeks ago. Not as something you earn, but as something you are worthy of right now, exactly as you are.
You deserve it.

Rooted but flowing.
That is the balance we are always chasing, being grounded in who you are while still allowing yourself to grow, change, and move through life with grace. That is what healing looks like too. You do not have to choose between being strong and being soft.
You can be both.
As we close out June, we hope this month brought you a little more of both. See you on the table.

Not just a flicker of happiness. Not relief pretending to be joy. Abundant joy.
Think about a time you felt truly, fully joyful. Where were you? Who were you with? What did your body feel like in that moment?
I'd guess it felt open. Light. Like there was more than enough air in the room.
Abundant joy has a physical signature, just like stress does. When tension releases and the nervous system settles, the body remembers what ease feels like. What lightness feels like.
You don't have to wait for the perfect moment. Sometimes you just need to create the conditions for it.
Sit with that memory today. Let yourself feel it again, even just for a few minutes. Your body will thank you.

We talk a lot about adding more joy. But sometimes the more powerful move is figuring out what's quietly draining it.
The endless scroll before bed. Saying yes when you mean no. Skipping meals, rest, yourself.
Joy leaks before it floods. And often we don't notice until we're running on empty.
Depletion isn't just emotional. It's physical. The body is braced, guarded, working overtime just to hold everything together.
You can't carry joy in a body running on stress.
This week, name just one thing that consistently drains your joy. You don't have to fix it today. Seeing it clearly is enough. Drop it in the comments if you feel safe to share.

We can plan, dream, vision board, and pray over it, but at some point we have to put in the work. That goes for your goals, your healing, your health, and your peace.
Nothing shifts until you decide to move.

Joy is not frivolous.
It is not something you have to earn or wait for the right moment to feel. It is an act of resistance.
In a world that can sometimes make it hard to just breathe, choosing joy is one of the most powerful things you can do. This June we are leaning into that. We are celebrating, resting, healing, and finding joy in every corner we can.
