If your regular wash schedule is every 2 weeks, then baby… you still need to wash your hair every 2 weeks! 😂

Whether you have:
✨ Braids
✨ A wig
✨ A sew-in
✨ Crochet
✨ Loc extensions
✨ Or any other protective style

Your hair and scalp still need to be CLEAN and properly cared for!

And yes, you also have to take care of the extensions you have installed. Your protective style is supposed to protect your hair—not become an excuse to neglect it.

A protective style is only protective when you’re still maintaining the health of your natural hair and scalp underneath. 🫶🏾
