FRESH PRESSED, organic American Elderberry syrup & tea from our small Organic Farm in middle Ohio!
A little elderberry tip you may not know… you can FREEZE it! Our elderberry syrup is made with raw honey, which doesn’t freeze so the contents of our jars don’t expand, meaning you can easily put them in the freezer to slow the aging process!
If you go through your elderberry syrup quickly or are at high risk of exposures (i.e. school kids 😅), you can order more than one jar and keep the extras in your freezer. Since we ship once a month, this is a great way to have another jar ready to go if you happen to run out before your next shipment.
Freezing helps preserve the syrup by slowing down the natural changes that happen over time. And because our syrup is made with real, natural ingredients, you may notice some settling or separation — just give it a good shake once it’s thawed!
When you’re ready for your next jar, move it from the freezer to the refrigerator and let it thaw there.
And yes, our glass jars are freezer-safe!

Elderflower has been valued in traditional herbal practices for generations, particularly during seasonal changes and times when the respiratory system could use a little extra support. A little peek inside the Low-Tox Beginner’s Guide 🤍
There is so much information about low-tox living now that I think we’ve somehow managed to make something quite simple feel terribly complicated.
I’ve always believed there is a gentler way to go about it. You learn a little, make a change where it makes sense, use up what you already have when you can, and slowly begin filling your home with things you feel good about keeping there.
That is really the heart behind this guide.
Inside, I’ve gathered what I’ve learned over the years about the water we drink, the air in our homes, the food we put on the table, the remedies we keep tucked away in the cupboard, and the products we use to care for our homes. There are simple places to begin, along with better and best options for the seasons when you have a little more to invest.
You certainly don’t need to change everything by Tuesday. 🤍 I hope this simply gives you a place to begin, and something to return to as you slowly create a home that feels a little more like the way our grandmothers might have kept one - thoughtfully, resourcefully, and with great care for the people living inside it.
