One of my June highlights was visiting Dolce & Gabbana: From the Heart to the Hands at ICA Miami.

Following its premiere in Milan and later exhibitions in Paris and Rome, this extraordinary exhibition celebrates the creative universe of Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana through a journey of Italian craftsmanship, artistry and imagination.

Every room tells a different story. Inspired by opera, cinema, Venetian glassmaking, mosaics, architecture, embroidery and the traditions of the Alta Moda ateliers, each installation reveals another chapter of Italian culture and the remarkable craftsmanship behind every creation.

One of the most meaningful discoveries for me was the story behind the Sacred Heart, a symbol that appears throughout many Dolce & Gabbana collections.

The exhibition describes it as a journey that begins with the heart and the passion of those who create beauty with their hands, a beautiful reminder that true artistry is born from talent, creativity and craftsmanship.

Every detail, every embroidery, every crystal and every silhouette felt like a tribute to the people whose hands transform imagination into wearable works of art.

It was an unforgettable celebration of beauty, history, craftsmanship and the enduring spirit of Italian creativity.
