Congratulations & Happy 18th Birthday Zachary! It’s crazy to think you’re an adult now and will soon be leaving for college! Please don’t grow up too fast and enjoy just being a kid for a little while longer! We love you! ❤️

Wanted to say how proud we are of my nephew. He’s been such an amazing role model for our kids. Graduating with a BBA in Human Resource Management while working full time in the Hawaii Air National Guard is just the beginning of his journey!

We originally had a weekend staycation planned for Aulani but he preferred to have a home gathering with his friends and family! It’s been a while since we’ve had a large gathering and it felt really good to have all our friends & family with us celebrating at our home! Thanks to everyone who came and helped us put it together!

Congratulations Brandon! Keep striving for more success. You are made for greatness! We love you unconditionally!

Mother’s Day is always a special day we get to celebrate all the loving, caring, nurturing moms, grandmas, sisters, aunties, and also dads who take on both roles in the home! I’m so blessed to be surrounded by these beautiful people in my life!

It was so nice to see my family in Vegas during this trip! It’s been 8 years since my last visit here. The kids have grown and I finally got to meet the younger kids Jaycen & Stella! was MIA

My transformation! I’m not one to post a bikini photo but I’m so happy with how far I’ve come with this health & fitness journey!

I wasn’t feeling good about how I looked and felt about a year ago. My friend inspired me to get back into fitness and back into a healthy lifestyle. I didn’t have to go on a fast diet but I was focused on hitting a specific calorie & protein count and at least 45 minutes of cardio (even walking) daily! I’m not at my absolute goal but I’m proud to see how far I’ve come and I’m excited to see how much more I can push myself!

I can’t deny that had a huge impact on my body either. I mainly go for healing therapy (Red Light Therapy) weekly. It has also helped with fat burning & toning!

I also need to thank coach for hosting Saturday Circuits with Those classes are intense but fun at the same time!

Koko Head hike with my sissy

It’s been over a year since I’ve hiked up Koko Head! The weather was perfect today and it was amazing to see volunteers working to keep this place in tact! I had a hard time breathing through it all and my legs were shaking on the way down! 😂 I definitely need to come more often.

My son lives on the mat and he loves this sport called Jiujitsu & Judo! I’m just trying to learn this art more so I can help him train but it’s more like he’s training me! 😆
