18 years of Merrie Monarch Festival craft fair—and it still gives us that same feeling every single year ✨

Because this has never been just a craft fair. It has always been a gathering of true practitioners, artisans, and keepers of tradition—those who carry ʻike, culture, and craftsmanship forward with intention and care.

Over the years, the people we’ve met—both fellow crafters and loyal shoppers—have become our ‘ohana. Seeing familiar faces, reconnecting, and sharing stories is truly the most special part for us 🤍

We feel so honored to be part of something so meaningful, surrounded by such beauty, talent, and heart. We can’t wait to be back in Hilo, celebrating it all together 🌺

The naupaka is one of Hawai‘i’s most poetic flowers—instantly recognizable by its delicate half-blossom. Found growing both by the sea (naupaka kahakai) and in the mountains (naupaka kuahiwi), it carries a story of love separated yet forever connected.

According to Hawaiian moʻolelo, two lovers were torn apart—one remaining by the ocean, the other in the uplands. Their flowers bloom in halves, a quiet reminder that some things are meant to be reunited.

Simple, meaningful, and deeply rooted in place—the naupaka is a symbol of connection, balance, and enduring love.
