Fitsmehtx

I've had the great privilege to have several careers and live what feels like several lives. I will be touching on my favorite fitness techniques & advice (because that is my professional) as well as other ideas/likes/pieces about beauty (I used to be a make up artist for Estee Lauder), health and other topics that I find interesting. I hope that you find something that fits you here because everything here #fitsme. You will also be able to book personal and group training sessions with me as well as keep track of my class schedules all around town. Aside from the classes I teach at privately own businesses I am available for travel in the Houston area. On occasion I will go out of the area and post what classes I will be offering to that current city (a lot of visits to El Paso, San Antonio and NYC).
