The absolutely gorgeous JLO is no stranger to cosmetic work, even though she claims she’s all natural (it’s olive oil!). We know she works hard for her insane body and looks, but she also has had help. Together, they complement one another, which is why she looks so good at 56.
Some notes:
None of this is because of her pregnancy. She had her twins jn 2008, slide 6 shows before and after her babies
I don’t believe it’s her first augmentation, by 2019 she had noticeable implants imo (see slide 5)
Her new implants are very new and haven’t dropped, and she clearly went for a much larger and more dramatic silhouette.
While combing through decades of her pics, I realized JLo LOVES intense push up bras.

Our Amaya Papaya (I love her so much) from Love Island posted a story at - a Plastic Surgery Post Op Spa that specializes in manual lymphatic drainage/post op massages, and faja/compression-wear.
Has said what she had done? I hope she tells us EVERYTHING.
The song used is from Amaya singing to herself in the vanity/makeup room: “I never said that I was perfect. I never said I didn’t have any flaws. But at least I’m pretty and at least I’m a little funny. And at least I’m my own best friend” 😆🫶🏼

I experimented on myself for y’all. I treated 1 arm with Hair Removal and didn’t treat the other as a control… *science* 🥰
THE RESULTS THO! I hope y’all love the dry shampoo to make the hairs (or lack thereof) show up 🤣.
I saw a huge difference in just 3 treatments, and tbh, I didn’t even do the first treatment right because I didn’t overlap as much as the instructions said to.
Tria is not an IPL like most home devices, it’s a REAL laser - like the ones at medspas in clinics (obviously just a little less strong, but still enormously effective.)
It’s much more affordable than going to a clinic, but even moreso - the TIME and CONVENIENCE! Bc I know I missed so many appointments because I couldn’t commit to going to a clinic every 2-4 weeks with different time lines for each body part.

Ultimately, she opened up her face by actually lengthening it.
She was refined her nose sometime between 2022 and 2024.
She lengthened her face with what I believe was a combination of endoscopic brow lift and sliding genioplasty.
She then balanced her face with cheek filler and jaw implants.
All the scars would be hidden - in the hair line for browlift, in the cheeks for jaw implants, and inside the lower lip for the genioplasty.
Now, when did she have this done? Well she has no public outings / pictures between mid October 2025 and mid March 2026.
5 months before we got ANY sightings of her.
And now 6.5 months before these Met Gala pictures.
And finally, I call out her hummus tattoo bc as a P*lestini*n, how could I not?

Ultimately, what she did was refine her nose, lengthen her face by raising her brows and lengthening her chin, and then balancing her face shape with cheek filler and widening her jaw.
1. Slide one is just for visual evidence that this isn’t weight loss or aging (lol that I even have to preface that)
2. She appears to have had a nose job
3. And 4.: We’re looking at the angle and slope of her jaw and chin. She likely had jaw implants and a sliding genioplasty (chin augmentation) which widens her jaw, and pulls her chin down and forward. (Explanation in the reel tomorrow!)
5. A front view of her widened jaw and lengthened chin. Also looks like she had an endoscopic brow lift to life her brows.
6. A video comparison to show how she opened/lengthened her face.
I also think she had some filler.
Now, when did she have this done? Well she has no public outings / pictures between mid October 2025 and mid March 2026.

I told ya so: Bradley Cooper didn’t ruin his face, it just needed time to settle.
His lateral brow lift and upper blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) are settling and looking really good.

Adam Levine however… not sure about that just yet.

What do y’all think about this transformation? Analysis to come, but I’m visiting family in Tennessee right now so it may be a few days!
