Who You Know repairs unstable stairs and decking? Who you Know that's who....lol
This client purchased this hillside home a year ago and never liked the main stairs stability. Now they can enjoy running up and down as fast as one can. Small jobs are a breeze when you have the wise choice on site!! Today is solid stain day. Storm coat to be exact. New pics on the way!!

When the clients want to start living in their new home with a level backyard, I realized we could give them 3.5ft up and 3ft out of extra yard. It rained almost every other day during the entire job. The biggest task was installing 45ft of French drains off the 3 downspouts in the back yard. One of the gutters goes to a pop-up emitter and the other 2 go under the new yard and fence line to drain into the alley culvert. Finally, rebuilding the fence to now sit 9.5ft above its original location. Thanks to Robin Rents Equipment for the bobcat rental, Grayson Carter & Son Contracting for the 30 cu yrd of topsoil and The Home Depot and Lowe's Home Improvement for everything else. I'm still a 2-man crew for now and grateful Justin Wagoner has showed up everyday and put blood sweat and probably some tears into completing this transformation with me. To show their appreciation, my clients baked us some goodies. None of this would have happened without the refferal from my friend Bob Jackson who sold my clients this beautiful home. Many thanks.

Nice to get this last awning completed. Thankful For the opportunity with my freinds at Duravent. These Palram canopia awnings will provide much needed protection Both from the rain and the sun.

This was a great solution to keeping my clients at Duravent dry while scanning in and out. We are installing 2 more throughout the massive facility.

As long long as Ive been restoring you would think by now I d be over it. Nope hello beautiful marble reception window. What a great day it is to be a tradesman still doing what Im supposed to do. Next week will be the installation of the glass doors. This pic shows before and after of the reception window removal and widening of the windows. Also in the back ground there was a wall and French doors that have been removed to open up the room. There has been weeks of drywall, popcorn, trim and paint. Blessed to have great clients who have impeccable taste.

The old town restoration project has been a great experience. From repairing a few windows to replacing the front and rear door trim. Finally, 3 coats of Sherwin Williams super paint have been applied. Indeed, those original lights were removed for restoration and a coat of high quality oil paint.

This redesign strategy proved effective in updating the space's appearance. Every precise cut contributes to the client's family's happiness.
