Indianapolis Teen Has Been Missing for More Than Two Weeks. Please help spread the word.

Fifteen-year-old Chance Brooks has been missing from Indianapolis for approximately 15 days, and his family and authorities are still searching for answers.

According to the Missing Child Alert Network, there have been no confirmed sightings or contact since he disappeared.

Chance is described as:

* Male
* Brown hair
* Brown eyes
