Happy Anniversary to Bryan Hill! 🎉✂️

Today we’re celebrating Bryan Hill and another year at Chad’s Barber Shop!

In a relatively short time, Bryan has made a tremendous impact on our team. He has already earned the role of Shop Manager, won our Top Earner of the Year Award, and was selected as a Barber of the Year Finalist.

His dedication, leadership, professionalism, and commitment to excellence have helped raise the standard for everyone around him. Bryan consistently leads by example, works hard, and takes pride in serving both his clients and his fellow barbers.

Today I was honored to present Bryan with his $500 Anniversary Bonus as a small token of appreciation for everything he brings to Chad’s Barber Shop.

Congratulations, Bryan! Thank you for your hard work, loyalty, and commitment to making our shop better every day. We appreciate you and look forward to many more successful years together.

A few years ago, David Clay and I took his son, Adrian, and my grandson, Mason, to ZooBoo at the zoo. Watching those two boys laugh, play, and enjoy being kids created memories we’ll never forget.

Fast forward to this year, and their friendship was rekindled through Franklin Township Little League. What made the season even more special was seeing them compete against each other on the baseball field. Earlier in the season, Mason’s Yankees came away with a victory over Adrian’s Cardinals, but today we want to extend our sincere congratulations to Adrian and the Cardinals on winning the league championship! 🏆

It was an incredible season filled with competition, growth, sportsmanship, and unforgettable moments. As a grandfather and a longtime friend of David’s, it was truly a blessing to watch these young men chase their dreams and make memories that will stay with them for years to come.

We would also like to recognize David Clay on another anniversary at Chad’s Barber Shop. David has dedicated over one-third of his life to serving our clients, supporting his teammates, and helping make our shop what it is today. His loyalty, work ethic, and commitment to excellence have been a tremendous blessing to our business and to everyone who has had the privilege of working alongside him.

David, thank you for your years of dedication, friendship, and service. We appreciate you more than words can say.

Congratulations again to Adrian and the Cardinals on a championship season, and congratulations to both Adrian and Mason for representing their families, coaches, and teammates with class and character.
