Last week at Conexión 5 for 500 with the Indy Chamber was such a special moment for me and for AM Beauty College. ✨

Being nominated for Emerging Business of the Year reminded me how important it is to stay involved in our community, build relationships, and continue creating spaces that make an impact. As a young Latina entrepreneur and school owner in Indiana, moments like these mean so much because they show that our vision, our students, and our mission are being seen. 🤎

May has been filled with opportunities, growth, networking, and new connections that continue opening doors for both myself and my students. I’m incredibly grateful for every person who has supported this journey and believed in what we’re building.

This is bigger than beauty. We’re building education, entrepreneurship, leadership, and community. ✨

Comencé haciendo uñas a los 15 años con grandes sueños y muchas ganas de salir adelante. A los 19 abrí mi primer espacio, a los 21 logré abrir mi salón, y hoy, con 24 años, tengo el honor de dirigir una escuela que nació con la misión de crear oportunidades reales para nuestra comunidad.

AM Beauty College no es solo una escuela de belleza. Es un espacio donde transformamos talento en carreras, pasión en propósito y sueños en metas alcanzables. Cada estudiante que llega trae una historia distinta, y escuchar sus luchas, metas y sueños me recuerda por qué empecé este camino.

Ser directora a mi edad no significa que todo ha sido fácil, pero sí significa que con visión, disciplina y fe, sí se puede. Estoy orgullosa de representar a nuestra comunidad y de demostrar que los sueños sí se construyen con trabajo diario.

Gracias a cada estudiante, cliente y persona que ha creído en este proyecto. Esto apenas comienza. 💛✨

Today was such a beautiful day at . We had .holistic come in and pour into our students through breathwork, mindset work, and positive reinforcement.

I truly believe success in this industry is not only about learning the skill, but also learning how to manage your mind, energy, and confidence. Watching our students experience this session was so special.

So grateful to collaborate with people who are helping shape the next generation of beauty professionals from the inside out.
